OUR INTERNET IS DOWN AND HAS BEEN SINCE ABOUT 8:30 AM THIS MORNING. OUR PHONES ARE INTERNET BASED THUS WE ARE NOT RECEIVING OUR PHONE CALLS AND ALSO ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS OUR CUSTOMER SOFTWARE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.

WE ARE IN COMMUNICATION WITH OUR INTERNET PROVIDER WHO IS WORKING ON REPAIRS TO OUR INTERNET SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE NEEDING ASSISTANCE, YOU CAN CALL AND LEAVE A PHONE MESSAGE OR YOU CAN EMAIL US AND AS SOON AS OUR INTERNET IS RESTORED, WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT MAY BE TOMORROW, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026, BEFORE WE CAN GET BACK TO YOU.

WHEN IT SNOWS

Our policy when it snows is to continue to run our routes if we can. If the weather is bad enough that we feel cannot operate our trucks safely, we will post that information here and we will email you. Please be aware that there may be particular stops on a route that we cannot do in bad weather. If you are not receiving our emails, we encourage you to call the office at 970.731.2012 and provide your email so that our service messages reach you. If you see no cancellation information here, please assume we are running our routes and put your cart out for empty.
